Can it be any mire clear that medicare for all is the best answer to rising healthcare costs?

Why dies raising the Medicare age cost us more? Several reasons:
1. Leverage – The more people on Medicare the more market weight Medicare exerts to keep prices down. Providers complain about medicare payment rates but they need the patients. It’s too big a market to ignore.
2. They’re the healthy ones! – Out of current Medicare recipients, which ones are cheapest? The youngest ones of course! Getting rid if 65 and 66 year olds makes Medicare much more expensive per person.

What can be logically deduced from these two facts? Well, if we lowered the Medicare age to 60, who would be the least expensive recipients? The 60-65 year olds of course! And how much more market leverage would Medicare have with the additional members? I don’t know but it’s more than it has now.

Repeat this logical exercise for 55-60. How about 50-55? You get the idea. As a healthy person under 40, please raise my taxes by $5000 per year and eliminate my $600 a month health insurance bill. Please!
